Zumba

This hour-long ´Zumba Toning´ class combines the flavour and energy of a regular Zumba class with a safe, effective, total body toning workout. The class includes a warm up, standing sculpt, Zumba toning routines using light hand weights, followed by floor exercises on the mat and finishing with a full stretch. Using light hand weights for added resistance and a floor mat we target individual muscle groups as well as providing a fun cardiovascular workout.
