In this class you will learn how red and white wines are made, how they differ, and most importantly, how to buy the perfect to enjoy at home. You would be amazed how people generally shop for wine in a wrong way. It will then mention the main grapes and main regions of the world for those grapes come from, as well as the differences between them followed by some wine and food pairing (yes you will learn how to do Michelin stars food and wine pairing)!

The recommended wine and cheese below are not mandatory, but it does make the experience better. This will give you all the tools you need to be a better wine buyer.


• Red wine: 1 Cabernet Sauvignon or 1 Pinot Noir from anywhere.
• White Wine: 1 Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand or 1 buttery Chardonnay from California
• Or any wine you have at home
• Any cheese
