Personal Mastery is both a discipline and a journey. Understand the concept of mastering yourself and your work environment, learning the key principles and practices for tapping into your full potential, developing positive attitudes and using personal power and life coaching techniques to deliver and maintain excellence and success. Personal Mastery requires us to understand, motivate and manage ourselves and people often within situations of conflict and interpersonal differences.

Personal Mastery requires us to understand, motivate and manage ourselves and people often within situations of conflict and interpersonal differences.
This motiva-tional workshop explores life success processes and combines management theory and practice with elements of personal mastery philosophy, NLP and life coaching.
Start by considering your choices and defining personal mastery, understanding the kaizen approach for improving effectiveness. Develop core values by learning about how our thoughts link to our beliefs and actions, how to change limiting beliefs to empowering beliefs, the neuroplasticity of our brain, and the importance of personal integrity and identifying your highest values. Develop purpose through identifying personal vision, learning how to work with creative tension, and to set personal goals and define a personal strategy.
Finally, change your material world by changing your thinking, using language to break negative patterns, reprogramming your mind and emotions and learn about mindfulness to change your mindset. Finally, you’ll learn how to detach yourself from outcomes and let go.
This course forms part of Hazel Farrer´s Mindfulness Matters programme which focuses, in separate modules, on developing better attentional control, emotional regularity and self-awareness through proven brain enhancing techniques and essential life management tools. Hazel has extensive experience of training people in corporate organisations and schools, and is an SAQA accredited trainer and assessor, and a certified Mindfulness teacher, Life Coach, NLP practitioner, Executive Coach and Hypnotherapist.
